The universe we live in is infinite, and it never stops to rest because if it did, everything would be over. The universe keeps going and going, and it keeps us alive. So when you go to sleep at night, remember that the stars and the moon are looking down on you, exhausted, but loyal none-the-less.
My inspiration for this piece came from Aztec and Mayan drawings and symbols. It features the Aztec symbol for star, as well as the Mayan symbol Hunab Ku, which is similar to the popular yin yang. The rest just kind of came together around all of this and I think it came out pretty well.
