This was my solution to not knowing what to draw people on their birthdays.
If it’s christmas; You draw some depiction of Santa getting his christmas on, if it’s easter; You draw a giant bunny in close proximity to chocolate eggs. Birthdays need a mascot and I see no good reason why a fancy fish should be that mascot.
