Part of the 'Ladies & Lace' collection exploring themes and imagery of femininity and historical female portrayals.
Originally a handmade collage using pattern paper, lace fabric, found imagery of a 30s movie starlet and a 7inch vinyl record.
The record is 'Best Years of our Lives' by Modern Romance- so mixing up the eras- but used for the band name as I could image the woman staring wistfully in deep thought of a missed loved one.
