You will find at the top end of Wenceslas Square in Prague, a stunning statue of St Wenceslas astride his horse. Wenceslas I (or Vaclav) is the Czech patron saint, and was the Duke of Bohemia until he was murdered by his brother in 935 AD. He is the same Wenceslas as mentioned in the Christmas Carol, Good King Wenceslas.
