This photo was made using a Mamiya Universal Press camera, circa 1971, using a Polaroid back and Fuji FP-100C instant film.
With the Fuji instant film you get two images, a print and a negative which has a black painted back. With a little drop of bleach you can remove this black backing material but at the cost of potentially bleaching the emulsion side.
This is what happened here but I believe it adds an almost vintage feel to the image and you won't get the same image twice using this process.
