thanks Judith :) it started out as a 'person' then turned into a familiar landscape from my childhood! it's nice to get away from the very 'tight' line drawings I usually do and just have fun with colours :) xo

i love the scratch marks (if that's how you did it) over the color. i often do that to my paper before putting a pencil to it. great job!!

it's scratched into wet pastel as the fixative is drying with a white 'derwent' brand of pencil if that makes any sense! I've always loved experimenting with materials. thanks Allan :)
