thanks Jacqueline and Deepti and Monika! I'm glad you like the line work .. it's funny how I used to always use circles and now it feels forced if I start that way ... Deepti you are so great:) I actually started from a saying I'd read that native americans when wearing their hair in a braid are celebrating earth (my latest "series"), whereas when they leave it down they are celebrating spirit. Also a friend of my sister's has offered to have some of my work in her hair salon and I thought it would neat to do a hair series. Although I need to work at it, I think! thanks for the lovely comments ladies!! always appreciate it! you all are great!
