This piece is part of a more conceptual, "darker" and experimental series of works that I very rarely show, but recent events have compelled me to share some of my more intimate thoughts and feelings...

More conceptual, more "darker" & very interesting. This fear is a bit like a black sun. I love this interpretation you've created. ♥
Iris Lehnhardt commented on December 17, 2012 4:01am
Thank you for sharing! Very fitting in these days...Besides this, the design is very fine and elegant!

Óscar S. Cesteros commented on December 17, 2012 5:01am
uhm, thank you for sharing, I love these works... less baroque, but more complex. More organic, with freehand style... is another side!!!

awesome, im also afraid of humans..!!
Angelo Cerantola commented on December 17, 2012 8:32am
Hi Jazzberry!! I totally understand your fear, it's hard for us aliens to comprehend that race.... thank god there's also plenty of kindness and love around to redeem the ugliness! :-))
Madame Potpourri commented on December 17, 2012 9:25am
quite abtract but eyecatching... first i thought the brown bg isnt matching, but now i think its quite disturbing and giving a little feeling of uncomfortableness
Jazzberry Blue commented on December 17, 2012 9:46am
very true Angelo..!!
Óscar S. Cesteros commented on December 17, 2012 10:20am
revisited, ... I think this work is amazing, 'darker', yes, but it introduces us into a new space at Cerantola's world. You say in your comment 'my more intimate thoughts and feelings', uhm, yes, this is art, friend, this is the way.
Angelo Cerantola commented on December 17, 2012 10:30am
Thank you so much Jazzberry and Madame Potpourri (great name!!)! :-)
Angelo Cerantola commented on December 17, 2012 10:40am
Óscar: I agree with you, art should make one think and question things, the reason I'm not showing this kind of works more often here is because I'm not convinced S6 is the ideal space for them, I think of it more as a kind of "bazaar" and marketplace where "pretty" and commercial images are generally more palatable and attractive to the buyers. Nothing wrong with that. As you know, I sometimes exhibit in galleries and art events where I feel more at ease showing my other "wilder" and thought-provoking side. But I understand perfectly your point of view! :-)
Óscar S. Cesteros commented on December 17, 2012 10:58am
You are right! but I sometimes forget this. :-)

I'm drawn, falling inward.
It's like a black hole, pulling me, or likened to an eclipse I want to stare at, but shouldn't.
Compelling intrigue. ♥♥ Love it Angelo! xo
