This is an old ad for West Virginia Tobacco located on the side of a building in Jacksonville, Oregon. The whole town is a historic place, as it is the first place in Oregon to find gold. The city was nearly abandoned when nearby Medford won the bid for the railroad in 1884, leaving the town preserved. In 1966, it achieved historic status.
