Who is Lucian?
Lucian envisions himself as a sort of Gypsy, always roaming from town to town. Falling in love briefly and quickly moving on. But after a few years of this, he is feeling a bit lonely. He decided to settle down for a bit and see what will happen. And...he joined "The Ladies & Gents Victorian Dating Service". Hopefully he will find a nice girl to run away with.
