Inspired by the serial killer from Silence of the Lambs, this image was created on the iPad with Adobe Ideas and then some finishing in Adobe Illustrator. The stipple effect was done on the iPad and was all vector artwork to start. This piece was done for fakeanything.com which has some amazing stuff on it.
