DESCRIPTION

Collect your choice of gallery quality Giclée, or fine art prints custom trimmed by hand in a variety of sizes with a white border for framing.

In the 1950's, my father was injured in a hunting accident. He was shot with "bird shot." In the late 50's, early 60's, he had this x-ray taken because he was having trouble with his hands. You can still see some of the shot pellets in his hand. He copied the xray in the photo lab where he worked in France on a photo-reflex machine. This week he scanned it into his computer to save digitally.....I had to have it!!! He is a good man with very interesting hands!

What a great story, sad, but what a great idea to use the x-ray image!!
Catherine Holcombe commented on March 8, 2012 8:15pm
Well, it's not too sad. He still has shot in his hands, but they don't give him any trouble and he loved the way this piece turned out. Thanks Brian :)
