I recently discovered Jennifer Morla‘s Designisms as a result of her interview on Debbie Millman‘s podcast, Design Matters. Morla’s 33 Designisms are meant to question what we (as designers) do, why we do it, and how to get it done. I think they are great—but what else would you expect from such an amazing designer? She’s also an alumna of the Hartford Art School—go team! Wait, did we have a team?

This is Designism 17: Accidents often produce the best solutions. And accidents are a hands on experience. Only you can recognize the difference between an accident and your original intent.
