A highway Police car drives like an idiot as my hometown floods in early 2011. My country town, population of 16,000 people is devided in two (North/South) by the Wimmera River.
Following unusual heavy rains the river flooded several kms inland, destroying homes, busi
ess, farming properties & livestock.

Hi Josrick. Thanks for your great comment! Yes, the Police here speed without sirens & within the city limits endangering peoples lives! Actually, the Officer driving this car is a friend of mine..........LOL.
