Feeling that a thousand invisible eyeballs are staring at you from all sides is a little paranoid. However, three eyes from a giggling space elf that you almost recognize – from somewhere! But where? – would be more realistic.
Ideally I think this is best on a t-shirt, but make your own evaluation.
