Love the illustration and the title. This citation is for you.
"Choose life; choose a job; choose a career; choose a family; choose a fucking big television, choose washing machines, cars, compact disk players and electrical tin openers; Choose good health, low cholesterol and dental insurance; choose fixed-interest mortgage repayments; choose a starter home; choose your friends; Choose leisurewear and matching luggage; Choose a three-piece suite on hire purchase in a range of fucking fabrics; choose DIY and wondering who the fuck you are on sunday morning; choose sitting on the couch watching mind numbing, spirit-crushing game shows, stuffing junk food into your mouth; choose rotting away at the end of it all, pishing your last in amiserable home nothing more than an embarassement to the selfish, fucked-up brats you spawned to replace yourself; choose your future; choose life. But why would i want to do a thing like that? I chose not to choose life: I chose something else. And the reasons? There are no reasons. Who needs reasons when you've got heroin?"

Looks like the perfect homage to Moebius. I love, love, love your work.
Eric Petersen commented on December 4, 2012 6:45pm
Wow thanks Misti! Too kind :)
Lena Klyukina commented on December 12, 2012 2:53am
my dream office. Yea looks a little like Moebius, yet something different and personal. This sci-fi style of illustration is one of my favorite, my heart breaks a little bit each time in a good way because I feel the whole concept string piercing the works somehow. Keep it up Eric!
Eric Petersen commented on December 12, 2012 7:34pm
Thanks Lena! I've been hearing that lately about Moebius. Funny thing is that I hadn't heard of him until about a week ago!
Lena Klyukina commented on December 13, 2012 12:28am
And that's even better, you are genuine and one of my most favorite on Society6. By the way, have you seen anything by Kilian Eng? Just maybe something worth checking out because he's also quite sci-fi and inspiring!
Eric Petersen commented on December 13, 2012 6:43pm
Wow, Thanks Lena! I googled Kilian Eng ... very cool - I see that I appreciated this one: http://www.behance.net/gallery/Variou...08/2082512 back in August :)
