Behold, for when ocean meets sky,
under the moon's watchful eye,
tall ships, blue whales float by,
and in clouds, submarines dive.

Eerie and beautiful design
This design was the cover art for Cartoon Bar Fight's first E.P. "Tell All the Children" and the first track was inspired by it! Check out their website to learn more about this talented group of musicians: http://cartoonbarfight.bandcamp.com/a...
Zachery - sorry for the late reply. With this and most of my work, it's a combination of traditional illustration and photoshop (although very recently I've been experimenting with more digital work, my burger designs being a good example).
Anyway, in this case I started with an illustration drawn with micron pen and pencil crayon, scanned it, then coloured it in photoshop. The glow of the moon and the stars were also added in photoshop.
Arthur - not sure where you got this info! I actually have a tablet, but confess to never using it. For me nothing replaces the tactile feel of pen and pencil on paper and I don't think I'll ever give that up entirely. When I do more digital work it is with my mouse, guess just because I'm more accustomed to using it. However I'm sure a tablet would probably be a lot better so I should probably take another crack at it.
Pope Saint Victor - that's really cool, wish I could have seen this tattoo!
