This is a four part series I created in Edmonton in the summer of 'o9. It is about the aesthetically appealing nature of rebellion. These four little revolutionary creatures are each seen sporting a weapon, the last being perhaps the most atypical and yet most important, propaganda. Seemingly pacifistic, the final character represents the common use of media as an equally devastating weapon as automatic firearms and explosives within revolutionary movements. I would also like this fella to symbolize an alternative to violence in the persistence of ideological warfare.
