DESCRIPTION

Available in 11 and 15 ounce sizes, our premium ceramic coffee mugs feature wrap-around art and large handles for easy gripping. Dishwasher and microwave safe, these cool coffee mugs will be your new favorite way to consume hot or cold beverages.

Why? I'm a geologist turned designer, so it only made sense to combine both worlds. This print is fourth in a series of four, each of which explores the effects of erosion and weathering on the printed word.

The text itself is taken from a 1971 essay on experimental typography by the German designer and typographer Wolfgang Weingart, and is set in the Univers typeface. Univers was designed from 1954-57 by Adrian Frutiger, and is completely bad-ass.

Unfortunately I can't zoom in enough to see the details; perhaps you could create a post with some cropped enlargements? Either way from what I can see, they look great! :)
