A 7 colour screenprint of the famous "Made in Oregon" Sign in Portland.

I've always wanted to go to Portland...I've always wanted to travel around America in an old bashed out pick-up, or get on a train somewhere. Id love to be there for the Event, but sadly its a long way from Lyme Regis in the UK.
This sign epitomised what I'd discovered about Portland from browsing through all the photos on Flickr etc. It seems a lovely city, full of character and beautiful places. PDX rules!

The for lease sign is a nice touch! I love the use of sky/negative space in this one too... such a familiar angle to all who drive across the Burnside bridge!

Nice work. I am very happy the University of Oregon's art and architecture department is in that space now—but I hope they keep the sign.
