Two Moons and two dreams :) One - is in reality, second - is bird's dream. I think, I live in the one of bird's! :) I love this story with sea-buckthorn - this tree is very magic and beautiful! :)
Also, I love color gamma, very calm and quiet! And dandelions as full moons!

I love this work. It is fun and provocative all at once. You have a great sense of color, shape and pattern. The drawings feel edgy, yet very disciplined. They are simple, yet full of surprises. How long have you been doing this? I'm wondering how your style evolved?

Hello Michele, and thanks for your comment and interest. I really like how you see my drawings. It's really been a long (and still ongoing) process to get to the style that you see right now. I started out with b&w ink drawings, but because I constantly ask myself what is important to me, and what I want to show within my pictures, and because I look at and study the work of artists whom I admire, my style kept and keeps changing. I ask myself all the time why I like somebody elses work, why it works, what I like about it, and learn from that. Plus I constantly play around with my pastels and ink, trying out new color combinations and tools. I've been seriously working on my drawings again for about 12 years, after having taken a very long break after finishing my ceramic painter apprenticeship. Thanks again for your very nice comment and your interest, Michele!

I see doubles.... wonderful doubles. Moons, braids and dandelion spheres ....floating in the moonlit night. The seeds become fairy dust, sprinkled on a dreaming bird. I just love all the details in each one of your images.
