"A Beautiful Woman"

A Beautiful Woman is a woodblock piece that has been originally done by Hokusai, a Japanese artist and also a printmaker of the Edo period.
For the assignment, I had to do a replica of the print, but somehow altered its meaning by making it a visual piece of my own using only pen and ink to create different patterns and marks as possible.
Tools: Dip pen, ink, q-tips, hair dryer, damp tissue.
Time: Approx. 5 hours.
