From left to right, every single costume change that Jack Nicholson goes through in The Shining. The inspiration was more Edward Muybridge, less "Evolution of Man". I hope that it comes across as such.

The piece was all drawn by hand, scanned, and colored in Photoshop. None of the poses are directly taken or traced from any frame in the film (#2 and #8 are based on postures from specific scenes).
