Thoughts on this guys???
Thoughts on this guys???
I'm kind of doing a little project right now. The idea is to do these cassette head pin ups. The main purpose is to do well on a T-SHIRT. I'm in dyer need of some constructive criticism. Throw your thoughts at me guys! Thanks!!

I love that idea! Pinups are so fun to draw. Maybe you could play with matching the theme of the cassette's titles with the body?

Yeah, those were my thoughts exactly! I have several other pinups in mind, but I don't want to get started on them until I've worked out the kinks in this one, ya know? That way I know exactly what I want to get out of the rest of them.

I'm kind of stuck on whether the shading works on this and any other criticisms. Like, is any more ways that I could improve her???

Depending on whether you want to try a traditional pinup or if you want to go more cartoon-ey.... If you're going traditional, I think she could be wider through the middle and proportionate all the way through. If you wanted to go more cartoon-ey type route, you can play with the proportions (legs, middle, chest) in any way you want. Much like you've illustrated here.

Oh and your shading looks just fine :)

Yeah, cartoon-ey is kinda my style. But other than that, do you think she's good to go?

Oh, good! THANK YOU!!
