ok, it might was asked several times or maybe its impolite to ask this at all - but what actually are these red stripes? kind of a reminissence to computer chip? but for me it looks like part of an infographic. :)

It is indeed a representation of computer circuitry. I like to play with this idea that people, mostly younger people, are so completely connected with technology. And that everything in their (our) lives gets so controlled by its possibilities of warmth and absolute coldness , of connection and disconnection. Plus, I find circuitry to be a very beautiful graphical thing :)
