Beautiful drawing, Óscar, I love how it is such a perfectly formed "organic" structure and yet it feels like it's made of stone - so still and so hard.

Really cool!
Óscar S. Cesteros commented on September 15, 2012 4:42pm
Thanks so much Gwenola and Heather: I agree with your comment, this work is in that frontier, natural-artificial, as usual in these series. T version could be named 'cold heart'

Óscar, this is fantastic. With respect to your own comment above, I had just seen this series in the New York Times about growing organs, http://www.nytimes.com/2012/09/16/hea...rgans.html. Your piece seems quiescent, yet primed for "re-animation."

Bonito corazón frío!! Bien hecho!
Óscar S. Cesteros commented on September 17, 2012 8:36am
Thanks so much, Geoffrey, in the past I have used artificial devices with organic forms... as in the link of the New York Times, but now I try to catch this artificial feeling without devices. I don´t know if I got it... thanks for the link, :-)
Óscar S. Cesteros commented on September 17, 2012 8:37am
gracias María, me alegra que te guste este corazón tan artificialmente frío.
