Hey Rachel... This iPhone Case is being featured on thefancy.com as a sale (30$)... If you don't know nothing about it I think you should contact them, because they sell the products through their own website.... Cheers!
Rachel Landry commented on April 18, 2012 9:00am
Thanks so much for letting me know David. Are they allowed to retail that without my consent? Do you know if they are partnered with Society6 at all?
David Bastidas commented on April 18, 2012 9:27am
No problem Rachel, the same thing happen to me, and there's no partnership with them. This is the link: http://www.thefancy.com/sales/2713/sh...e-skin-44s .... Did your sales increased this days? If not, there's something wrong... Here you can find their contact mail: http://www.thefancy.com/contact

How did you resolve it? I emailed them and they said an intern did it by mistake and they are trying to compensate me with some strange offer and it just rubs me the wrong way, I'm not sure what to do. I told them to take mine down. I also emailed Society6 to ask them about it. This doesn't seem right.
David Bastidas commented on April 18, 2012 9:58am
Wow... They told me the same!... There's definitely something wrong... Your product is popular there, and I'm pretty sure that they sold a lot of cases.
Rachel Landry commented on April 18, 2012 10:06am
I know I saw mine tagged 2,835 times and they still haven't taken it down. I told them I was contacting my lawyer and wanted to know how many they sold and they haven't responded yet. This is pretty shady. There's a lot of S6 artists on there too, I saw a ton of iphone cases I recognized. I see you left yours up, at least they are processing through S6 now but I just don't know what I should do.
David Bastidas commented on April 18, 2012 11:47am
Yes, it is a site where an artist can promote his products, in fact it is efficient because there is a link to the S6 store.... But sometimes the site (thefancy) sell the products on their own store, and that's not good.

Well thanks so much for your help David, I really appreciate the heads up, I never would've known if you didn't alert me to it! That was really nice of you!
