ABOUT THE ART

I took this photo in August 2012 during the Perseid Meteor shower. I am so happy I got the chance to capture a small part of sky's immensity.

Quote from Sarah Williams' poem The Old Astronomer to His Pupil.

Though my soul may set in darkness, it will rise in perfect light;
I have loved the stars too fondly to be fearful of the night.

Wow, so cool and love the quote! Although I think it's actually written by English poet, Sarah Williams.

Thank you, Terry!
Yeah, from the poem The Old Astronomer to His Pupil, I know, I found it recently, just forgot to change the description. Thanks for the heads up!
