That movie terrified me as a kid!
I don't know what my parents were thinking letting me watch it...

Haha, me too, Lili! I don't think I ever watched it all the way through back then. Didin't truly appreciate it til I rewatched it when I was around 20.

I was wondering if I should try to watch it again but I don't think I can... haha

You should give it a go!

I originally watched Alien when I was 4 and it horrified me. It gave me nightmares til I was 18, didn't remember any of it except the dinner scene and I still kept having nightmares about it every few weeks for 14 years. Rewatched it 24 years later, about 2 years ago, and loved every bit of it. It's now among my fave films ever.

I don't think The Fly's nearly as good as Alien, though, but you never know.

Alien is great! I think I was a little older when I first saw it, thank god... haha
I'll give it a try then, but if I have nightmares I'm blaming you :P

Haha, alien is an amazing film. I don't really know why my parents let me watch it. Kind of like jaws, it terrified me as a kid, but I watched it again recently and couldn't stop laughing, it's terrible (in as good away as possible).
