Gorgeous.... my uncle tells me that you can tell the value of a bird picture by looking at how the eye was captured... perfect here.

He is a pretty intimidating guy. I have a picture of a great horned owl that I took at night a few years back that has the same kind of feel. I hunted him for weeks, waiting to get a good shot. So when you get a good one like this you just know it all has paid off.
