Wow! I really like how you made the black look transparent over her porcelain-like skin! that must've been really hard! But this, is beyond great. You should feel really proud of yourself this is a HUGE accomplishment!! It's gorgeous.

superb and beautiful again. I'd love to know your process for these digital paintings. Do you use smudge/finger paint option in photoshop?

Hey digitaldream, thanks. I'm a bit all over the place when it comes to the photoshop bit, I tend not to stick to the same things as there's always something to discover, however mostly I do use smudge/blur and mainly a simple paintbrush tool along with the patch tool. Many parts are drawn by hand too and then scanned in and played about with. I'll have to create a video one day to show what I do. Thanks for the interest

A haunting and beautiful piece. Your results are so refined yet retain a very organic, painterly feel. And yes, a video tutorial would be great!
