Were you taking action against the big cartel seller? I would love to help in any way I can if so. I was devastated when I saw this. Shamefully I didn't do my research before purchasing - I paid that stealing jerk money for your design (and haven't received it either).

Hey limbo-scene! I pretty much e-mailed the guy that was selling the design as soon as I was made aware of it. That was back on July 30th, and he said he'd continue to sell it until August 4th, take it down, and then link back to my Society6. Which, to his credit, he did.

However, he also said he'd give me a cut of the money he made on the shirt, and this obviously never happened. He claimed he was just selling it to friends, but from what I've seen on Instagram, a lot more people bought it.

The worst thing of all is that the print he has done is really small on the shirts, and it looks crap. The whole idea is that this is as close to a parody of a Descendents shirt as possible - so the print is meant to be pretty big.

If it had a been a completely original design of mine, and not a parody, I'd have been way more annoyed with this, and would have taken things further legally. To be honest, it's just too much hassle, and given that it's inspired by the original Descendents artwork, it feels wrong pursuing something that I barely designed.

I absolutely love this shirt! All I'm wondering is how they are fitted and what size to get. Is it as thight as it seems on the pic? Do you have any measurements on XL & 2XL?

Hey Morten - I'm not sure you'll see this now, but the shirts are printed on American Apparel. I'm not sure of exact sizes, as Society6 are responsible for all that. You may be able to find measurements on the AA website though. Thanks, and sorry I can't be more help.
