studies in purple: some more catching up on figure drawing
The title pretty much says it -- two weeks ago I decide the thing to do for figure drawing was trying to do all the shading in purple. It came out all right. (This is the same model as my first post of figure drawings; I'm not sure how much I've improved in the weeks in between. . . )
I don't think I was sitting in the best position to appreciate the dynamism of this pose. :P
Yet another back view, with pink-and-purple shading.
His face got kind of smushy on this one.
