Kitsune Noir Poster Club
We wanted to highlight Kitsune Noir Poster Club happening here on Society6. We teamed up with Bobby Solomon over at Kitsune Noir to put this together and we're happy to report it has been a real success.

For this first round of posters Bobby asked five artists to interpret books they really enjoy into a print that will be a lasting work of art. The first collection of poster artists include Frank Chimero, Mark Weaver, Jez Burrows, Cody Hoyt and Garrett Vander Leun. If you haven't seen the collection already head over to the Studio and take a look: http://www.society6.com/studio/kitsunenoir

You can also check out Bobby's interviews with the artists over on Kitsune Noir: http://kitsunenoir.com/?s=society6

Enjoy!

The Portland Prints Show
We're very excited to see all the great work being posted in the "Portland" Studio. Preparations are under way for the March 6th show at 19TEN Gallery in NE Portland.

Much thanks to all the artists who are participating, Mark Searcy for curating and to Blaine Fontana for helping us get set up over at 19TEN. Also thanks to our friends at Plywerk for mounting a few of the prints on their finest bamboo Plywerk and to Pinball Publishing for creating some scout books for the occasion.

We're looking forward to seeing everyone who lives in the Portland area (and beyond). This is not just an art show or a print showcase, but a chance for us to meet up and share a few tasty microbrews.

Feel free to bring anyone and everyone you know and to help spread the word. If you want to promote the wonderful prints for sale, please use this link for the Studio store: http://www.society6.com/studio/portland/store

Andrew Groves' "Fungas Man" tee for the Threadless Select Series
This past summer we worked with our friends at Threadless to create the unique opportunity http://www.society6.com/collab/Have_y...es_T_Shirt for an S6 member to contribute to it's distinct line "The Select Series".

For what I hope will be the first of many solid collaborations with the Threadless crew, it is my pleasure to share the resulting work "Fungas Man" from the talented Andrew Groves http://www.society6.com/studio/imakethings

You can pick-up your very own here http://select.threadless.com/product/...Fungus_Man Aside from the 5-color screen print, and softness of the tee, the metallic foil application detail is really nice.

Special thanks to Dustin "UPSO" and Mimi for being so incredibly cool to work with and for hooking us up with a few of these quality threads!

1000+ Prints on Society6
Just last week we crossed the 1000 mark for the amount of artwork being sold as prints here on Society6. We want to thank you for trusting us with something as personal as your artwork and using what we've built here to get that work into the hands of people who really enjoy it.

The quality of work continues to impress not only us but everyone who gives us feedback. In fact, it's the first thing out of their mouths when they talk about the site. And that's all from you, the artists from all over the world that use Society6. So once again thank you and we look forward to seeing more and more great work selling here in the future.
