Kitsune Noir Poster Club
We wanted to highlight Kitsune Noir Poster Club happening here on Society6. We teamed up with Bobby Solomon over at Kitsune Noir to put this together and we're happy to report it has been a real success.

For this first round of posters Bobby asked five artists to interpret books they really enjoy into a print that will be a lasting work of art. The first collection of poster artists include Frank Chimero, Mark Weaver, Jez Burrows, Cody Hoyt and Garrett Vander Leun. If you haven't seen the collection already head over to the Studio and take a look:

You can also check out Bobby's interviews with the artists over on Kitsune Noir:

The Portland Prints Show
We're very excited to see all the great work being posted in the "Portland" Studio. Preparations are under way for the March 6th show at 19TEN Gallery in NE Portland.

Much thanks to all the artists who are participating, Mark Searcy for curating and to Blaine Fontana for helping us get set up over at 19TEN. Also thanks to our friends at Plywerk for mounting a few of the prints on their finest bamboo Plywerk and to Pinball Publishing for creating some scout books for the occasion.

We're looking forward to seeing everyone who lives in the Portland area (and beyond). This is not just an art show or a print showcase, but a chance for us to meet up and share a few tasty microbrews.

Feel free to bring anyone and everyone you know and to help spread the word. If you want to promote the wonderful prints for sale, please use this link for the Studio store:

Andrew Groves' "Fungas Man" tee for the Threadless Select Series
This past summer we worked with our friends at Threadless to create the unique opportunity for an S6 member to contribute to it's distinct line "The Select Series".

For what I hope will be the first of many solid collaborations with the Threadless crew, it is my pleasure to share the resulting work "Fungas Man" from the talented Andrew Groves

You can pick-up your very own here Aside from the 5-color screen print, and softness of the tee, the metallic foil application detail is really nice.

Special thanks to Dustin "UPSO" and Mimi for being so incredibly cool to work with and for hooking us up with a few of these quality threads!

1000+ Prints on Society6
Just last week we crossed the 1000 mark for the amount of artwork being sold as prints here on Society6. We want to thank you for trusting us with something as personal as your artwork and using what we've built here to get that work into the hands of people who really enjoy it.

The quality of work continues to impress not only us but everyone who gives us feedback. In fact, it's the first thing out of their mouths when they talk about the site. And that's all from you, the artists from all over the world that use Society6. So once again thank you and we look forward to seeing more and more great work selling here in the future.

Lloyd Eugene Winter IV collaboration with Pinball Publishing
The results are in, Pinball Publishing's Scout Books are rad.

Thanks to Nicole (and the other friendliest people on the planet that are Pinball Publishing) for sending us the product of their collaboration with the talented Lloyd Winter

A Scout Book is a 100% recycled, pocket notebook with your art custom printed on the front and back cover using soy inks and choice of interior page design (I like the grid option).

We were lucky enough to receive a couple Chris Piascik Scout Books as well, whaa!

Check out other cool products from Pinball and look for future collaborations with these guys!

Society6 gets a spread in Holiday Matinee's 'I Swear To Good You Are God At This'
Our friend Dave Brown, who founded Holiday Matinee in 1999, invited Society6 to appear in his first book, “I Swear to Good You Are God at This”.

We received our copy today, and it comes armed with 72 pages worth of killer ideas and inspiration.

As good timing and context would have it, Dave said they wrote the book, "to inspire people who might need an extra push to invest in themselves, do what they love and motivate as many awesome people as possible."

You can pick-up a special holiday-priced copy of the book thru Jan 4th

After the new year, the price goes up!
