Thanks a bunch, Heidi, Nikola and Michael! I truly value your awesome support! I've tried to create a new category with this series of collage... it's not the typical surrealism that one associates with collage. Yes, I'm cutting out bits of paper and gluing it down, but it's not referencing an illusionary photographic realism. It's not particularly ornamental Pattern and Decoration style, or Abstract Expressionist. If it references anything, it would be signal-loss static. My hope is that folks will value the difference instead of stigmatizing the work because it does not easily fit into a preexisting pigeon hole.

The longer I'm here Wayne, the more I see, as you've mentioned early on, the most popular pieces and recognized aren't necessarily the most artistic or understandable - I've no gripes with the understanding that this is where one hopes that some might find their work nice enough to own -
