Hot Pink & Gold Circles Hand & Bath Towel

I was looking so forward to receiving my new towel. I had been looking for a bright pink and gold towel forever and finally found one on your website. Upon receiving however,I was disappointed. The product does not look like the pics. In reality the item is nowhere nearly as bright and vibrant. The fabric is not anywhere near what the quality appears to be on line ... it looks as if it accidentally got put in a wash and dry cycle and was supposed to have been a hand wash item,only. I reached out to them 3 days ago regarding return instructions but have yet to hear back. Also I ordered a matching bath mat I’ve yet to receive... even though I’ve been charged for it. Of course since the towel is going back, the mat will also.Nothing in life is ever perfect and customer service means a lot to me. If they get back in touch with me in a timely manner,I will pass that information on and reference this review. It will also mean the difference between me ordering again with them and NOT doing so. Fingers crossed that they do the right thing....
