Manufacturing process defects
The rug feels like one of those dish drying pads and literally as I unrolled it, out of the packaging, fuzzies with the design came off, leaving big white patches in the middle of the pattern. Just rubbing it seemed to rub off the design as the fibers are not died all the way through. Definitely don’t see how this will hold up outdoors if it couldn’t even handle being shipped in plastic and unrolled inside. The colors also aren’t quite the same as the photo. The red is more of a bright candy cane red than a dark red and the golden yellow half circle is orange. Will be seeking a refund as this was a cool idea but poorly executed. Hope they work out the manufacturing kinks in their outdoor rugs as this seems like it may be a recurring problem. Two stars solely for the pattern, -21891 stars for the execution particularly at this price point. Not worth $50.
