Lindsay Tebeck is a freelance Illustrator based in the Pacific Northwest. She obtained her Associates in Arts Degree in 2012 before moving from Washington to Colorado to further her education. There, she attended Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design as an Illustration major (BFA) and graduated with the high honor of Summa Cum Laude in 2015. Lindsay admires line and uses it predominately in her work. She is heavily inspired by lineart from the Nouveau period, American Neotraditionalism, and master poster artists. Lindsay exhibits her fascination with line largely by creating personal works of contemporary mythology. That is to her, the re-creation of long forgotten myths in relation to present-day experiences. She aims to marry nature with symbology to share social, political, and personal commentary with her viewers. During her free time, Lindsay enjoys going on treks through the mountains and collecting bones, flora, minerals, and other natural treasures. She practices living a simple and naturalized lifestyle that is found present throughout her work. Currently, she lives in a tiny home with her Pomeranian, Pheebus, and five-year partner and tattoo artist, Jared Nettles. www.tebeckillustrations.com joined Society6 on November 16, 2012
