About The Artist

I'm a photographer and artist that loves to travel! My artwork portrays an aspect of a locale, often colored by my own subjective experience and is a way for me to reflect on a location’s culture and environment through its dwellings, architecture, landscapes, and food to capture a piece of its character. I create paintings and drawings that fluctuate between representation and abstraction by observing shapes, color, and texture found in nature and fabricated structures. I use a variety of mediums including: photography, acrylic paint, oil pastels, watercolor, ink, and digital tools.
