“Is that your real name?” I get asked that all the time. Yes, Flo Petite is my real name!  And, just as real as my name, is my music. I write from the heart, through the filter of my middle-class American, open-minded, girl-powered, creative brain.  My songs are inspired by conversations, relationships, current events, art, feelings and just about anything else that sparks my imagination.
