Hi there! :) My name is Uzoma Ndulue, and I specify in making portrait/ figurative and abstract works that center around my culture and my reality. My works have the theme of identity, history and memory. They come from a reference of observation and interpretation, experiences or memory. With my paintings, I wish to contribute to the leveling or balancing of stories/ perceptions of where I come from, by portraying the beauty, warmth, peace, vibrancy, richness and relatability of an African woman's reality. I hope this inspires Africans and people to view themselves in such amiable light.
