Andy Art

Andrea Dixson-Roslie is a native to Washington State and loves staying busy with lots of activities indoors and out. Art has always been one of her deepest passions and will be the center of her life’s work . She attained her Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art at The Northwest College of Art in Poulsbo, Washington In 2007. Years following, she also studied advanced art and figure drawing at Tacoma Community College. Since graduating NCA she has been working on commissioned art, along with building her portfolio to have shows centered around her work. Her style is textured, organic, and colorfully vibrant. She is skilled in oil, acrylic, pen and pencil and specializes in abstract and expressionist paintings and drawings. Along with abstract art, she loves painting detailed portraits of famous musicians. Her work has been shown throughout the Tacoma/Seattle are, at various art festivals in Washington and she has actively participated in youth development, involving art at the YMCA and worked briefly with children in other settings as well. She hopes to contribute her love and knowledge of art to young aspiring minds, believing that art should be an asset in all of our lives. Andy Art joined Society6 on December 9, 2013
