Kara Stevens is a portrait, fine art, and event photographer at Caspian Summer. She is based in southeast Michigan. She has been working in the field of portrait photography for four years now, and makes a constant effort to cultivate more visually-striking techniques to use in her portraiture. Her portraiture work revolves around lighting, colour, and expression.
On Society6, though, she focuses entirely on fine art photography. Every project here is a bit of an experiment -- exploring new styles, tones, and subjects. Though, as always, timing and lighting play key roles in the work. It is Kara's goal to keep everything presented here interesting. Eventually, some projects may be removed in the name of good house-keeping.
