Evan Clarke

Evan Clarke is a young Canadian photographer and aspiring filmmaker. He connects with the natural world through visual arts. When Evan was 13 years old he entered this original short film, “The Trespasser”, into a Youth Film Festival. He was the youngest film maker to submit an entry. Evan isn't new to being the youngest artist in the room. When he was 11 years old his nature photographs were displayed in the members gallery in Haliburton, Ontario's Rails End Gallery and Art Centre. Evan has a keen eye for photographing nature. He hones his natural talent in the South Algonquin area of the Haliburton Highlands. 2015 brought an exciting new venture for Evan. He was awarded a grant from Summer Company, an Ontario government initiative and also supported by local businesses.
