Goodbye Moleskine Corners
Goodbye Moleskine Corners
I'm sorry to say that I've had to crop and otherwise edit my prints to have square corners - I really loved that Moleskine look!

The good news is that the reason I've done so is because I've been selling more and more canvases. (Yay!) As I was doing the changes, the people at S6 support were so incredibly helpful (and patient), changing each file when I had a sale of one of the images that hadn't been fixed yet.

So now it's done, I am square and this, The River of Life, is my only print left with round corners. (And I've added that into the title so that even those arriving at it from the S6 shop will know, even if it is not completely obvious from the picture.)

Thank you again to S6 support for taking the time to help me in the process!!!!!

Thanks Beverly, Calvin, Deepti and Arynando - I posted this one as a print already, the reason I've highlighted it here is because it's the only one I couldn't edit out the corners on. I think I needed to leave one for nostalgia's sake too....

Aww, your pieces always look great, but I have to admit, I kind of liked the moleskin corners... They gave your work a more intimate feeling (like peeking in your sketchbook). Couldn't you just make duplicates for the canvases? Oh, It's just me! :)

I miss them too, Efi, if we could upload separate files for the canvases I would have kept them round on the prints. Though I'm beginning to think that it may just be us artists who are into that look because we are all into the Moleskines - I have a feeling that many people buying prints might not even know what a Moleskine is and might be confused by rounded corners, especially when they are only on one side.
