I'm a cultural anthropologist and a photographer. Most days, I miss the people, sounds and flavors from my childhood. I'm still learning how to process those contrasting moments when thoughts go missing and words linger on the tip of my tongue. My camera helps me make images of things that are missing, or of feelings of missing someone or something. It is an overexposed and dysfunctional relationship, most of the time. I live in the Washington DC metro area.
