I am an artist, farmer, food justice advocate, and nature educator in southern New Hampshire. I love plants and chickadees and singing and wandering around in the forest and jumping in any and all bodies of water at all times. My artwork is mostly done in the wintertime, by the wood stove, during the lull between growing seasons. I use acrylics and fine point art markers.

I used to outline the colors in the illustrations in my schoolbooks back in elementary school. It's a meditation for me, and now my main subjects are nature, and its many patterns, shadows, and reflections. Typically I work from my own photographs, unless I get specific requests. I incorporate the fine point lines as my way to poke fun at the human mind, and its obsession with creating boundaries. I also take requests to paint anything in my current style as well.
