About LisaStannard

Lisa Stannard is fast becoming a global brand and a coveted asset to the world’s fashion industry. Combining beautiful illustrations with bold geometrics; Lisa has created an inimitable style that is not just instantly recognisable but also highly sought after.
Spring/Summer 2014 marked the launch of Lisa’s first solo clothing collection; sports-luxe leggings, tops and dresses for women, and a menswear range including tees, sweatshirts and board-shorts. This is the pinnacle of her career so far and a testament to her hard work and creative progress since starting out. Lisa has drawn from all personal and professional experience in fashion and illustration to produce a fresh and dynamic range for young women just like herself – fun and stylish, feminine yet strong.
Since graduating in 2009 with a first class (hons) degree in textiles, Lisa was handpicked to exhibit her work at Premiere Vision Paris through Textprint which led to Interstoff Asia Hong Kong. Here she was headhunted by Victoria’s Secret, ASOS and New Look and hasn’t had a break in work since!
A two-season internship with the head of print at Matthew Williamson in London paved the way to work on collaborations with a multitude of international labels including Ralph Lauren, Nike, Nasty Gal, Oasis, Miss Selfridge and Bank, to name a few.
Lisa became head assistant to LA-based fashion Whitney Port in 2010; creating exclusive prints for the designer clothing range. Add to this catwalk illustration for Amelia’s Magazine, branding for Lily Allen’s Lucy in Disguise, look books, textile design and lecturing at design workshops; Lisa has amassed a portfolio of freelance work that is as diverse as it is demanding.
Lisa knows that the key to professional success starts with a healthy mind and body. An advocate for mindful exercise and clean eating, Lisa completed her yoga teacher training in 2013 with Leah Kim; Nike’s Global Yoga Ambassador and now holds her own classes in Manchester. Exercise provides not only the perfect balance to a busy work schedule and the chaos of city living, but is also an undoubted influence on her latest work; her new collection is designed to work as well in the yoga studio as on the catwalk.
