The forms holding the broom are beautiful. Though to me, it seems the delusions are sweeping up the broom!
Hugo Barros commented on January 7, 2012 1:18pm
nice work!

Thanks so much you guys! Jacqueline - that's funny, I thought of those things as frontal lobes.... the "delusions" I actually put in a separate drawing. I thought about posting them together as a diptych but decided that the broom alone was better. After all, we all have our own personal delusions - it's really the broom that's usually missing.
Jacqueline Maldonado commented on January 7, 2012 2:13pm
Ahhh... I see. I guess I was looking for the delusions. I can see that the forms you refer to as frontal lobes are in control here (which makes alot of sense, visually and intellectually) - I just mistook them for the delusions themselves. I am curious, however, to see those delusions!
Heather Goodwind commented on January 7, 2012 2:27pm
I'll post them for you in a non-print post. Give me 2 minutes :)

oh, this is marvelous. I see retinal connections being tied right into the medulla oblongata and cerebellum ... no coincidence, I suspect:) wow.

Excellent. Would like to borrow the broom. Although it's only fair to warn you-cleanup may take a while.

brilliant piece~
Heather Goodwind commented on January 8, 2012 7:25am
Thanks guys! Angela - no coincidence for sure, I was going for brain parts there. Geoffrey, take as long as you need, I've decided I'm a bit attached to my delusions and am going to keep them around a while....
